You’ve done your pregnancy test or visited your doctor – and you now have it confirmed for definite that you are expecting a baby.

Whether this will be your first child, or a later addition to other offspring, after celebrating the initial excitement, there needs to be good planning during the course of your pregnancy.

In most cases, the first consideration, for a pregnant woman, is the enablement to afford the new and precious addition to the family. Decisions often need to be reached regarding the paid jobs of parents. Should mother or father permanently remain at home after the baby is born, and throughout their preschool time years, - in order to care for the young one?
