And nowadays, many of these wheeled baby carriers are deliberately designed to be multi-functional. Thus enabling parents to convert the pram easily into a carrier cot – with additional conversions for other uses such as a car seat. Some of the more modern designs replicate the appearance of the old bath chairs, originally created for the infirm. 3 wheels are often considered better than 4 wheels when it comes to buggies, pushchairs and prams. There are so many styles, colours and designs to choose from. The favoured manufacturing material may be metal. Other parents prefer a type of fabric. Obviously, like in any other market, designer ranges of prams and buggies will likely be more costly. Everything is all a matter of personal preferences - and how much one is prepared to pay (or can afford) for their particular personal preferences. Baby bedding for prams often requires as much consideration as the pram itself.
