Once “a bad” eating habit has formed, it may then be difficult to start encouraging them to prefer a good and healthy, well-balanced diet in their later years. Start as you mean to go on – and if you ever have any concerns about your child’s weight, or eating habits, it is always wise to consult his/her doctor – sooner rather than later.
